SEC Charges Apple’s Former Lawyer Of Insider Trading

The Securities and Exchange Commission of US has charged former lawyer of Apple, Gene Levoff of insider trading. Levoff has a history of selling millions of dollars in stock ahead of earnings, by this, he saved himself from losses of around $382,000 and simultaneously earned $245,000. Levoff used his position to gain confidential information that helped him in predicting the stock market.
